Amici dei Bambini The right to be a child
Amici dei Bambini is an association that has been working for over thirty years to uphold every child’s right not to be abandoned and to have a family. It operates in Italy and in many countries around the world through foster care, international adoption and distance support projects.

In 2013/14 and 2014/15, we funded the “Pan di Zucchero” project, coordinated by the Ai.Bi. family group in Roè Volciano.
The FED centre in Goma (DRC) currently cares for 77 children who have experienced family breakdown and abandonment. These children have no access to basic healthcare, education or essential goods.
