Step 1
Design
Each project starts from a parametric 3D model validated in simulation before prototyping.
Step 2
Sheet metal working and carpentry
Taglio laser su lamiere zincate, inox AISI 304/316 e alluminio. Punzonatura, calandratura, presso-piegatura e flangiatura CNC.
Step 3
MIG/MAG and TIG welding on heavy and light carpentry
Automated robot welding stations and certified welders. Visual and dimensional checks on every structural weld.
Step 4
Painting
Epoxy powder coating with specific treatments for aggressive environments upon request (e.g., marine cycles). Degreasing, phosphating, priming, and finishing—RAL color of the customer's choice.
Step 5
Balancing
dynamic balancing of axial and centrifugal impellers.
Step 6
Assembly and testing
Dedicated assembly stations for each product line. 100% unit testing. Test reports available upon request.
