Italian manufacturers of industrial fans.
An integrated manufacturing facility where design, machining, assembly, and testing come together under one roof — 11,000 m² of production space serving OEMs, system integrators, and designers across Europe.
Moving air through engineering, not compromises.
ELEKTROVENT designs ventilation solutions for applications where airflow, pressure, safety, and low noise levels cannot be left to chance. We work alongside designers, OEMs, and end users to provide long-lasting fans that meet the most demanding industry standards.
Seven milestones, one direction
The foundation
ELEKTROVENT is founded with the mission of developing industrial extraction systems.
New generation
Change in corporate structure, expansion into international markets, and extension of the product range.
New headquarters
The company moves to its current headquarters in Soiano del Lago.
Smoke exhaust
Expansion of the product range with smoke exhaust fans, certified according to EN 12101-3 by BSI and APPLUS.
New test room
New test room compliant with ISO 5801 and AMCA 210 accredited. The ATEX series receives the Statement of Conformity from TÜV NORD.
Industry 4.0 Investments
Major investments in new fan series and state-of-the-art interconnected machinery, improving the efficiency of production departments.
ErP efficiency
We have redesigned our fans to enhance their efficiency and ensure compliance with the new European ErP Regulation 2024/1834.
From Sheet Metal to a Fully Tested Fan
Every fan is designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested entirely in-house.
- Design
- Sheet Metal Processing and Fabrication
- Welding and Fabrication
- Painting
- Balancing
- Assembly and Testing
Every fan is backed by measured data, not promises.
Our in-house test chamber allows us to test axial fans up to Ø 1,600 mm and centrifugal fans of various sizes in accordance with EN ISO 5801 and AMCA 210 standards, using a high-speed data acquisition system.
BIM library and 3D models
We provide BIM objects and detailed 3D models for each fan.
- BIM objects that can be integrated into projects, complete with all technical specifications.
- Detailed 3D models for realistic representation in projects.
Software CFD
CFD analysis is mainly required in the underground car parks ventilation based on a distribution of a series of axial or centrifugal impulse fans (JP-DUCT or JP-CENTRY) having the double duty to create an airflow in the ground level to intake the air from outside and convey it to the fans; while on the ceiling, the airflow is threw fan by fan and lead to the discharge points, avoiding the installation of ducting.
