New backward curved centrifugal series with integrated inverter and permanent magnet motor

We’re pleased to introduce the new Eci series with permanent magnet motors with integrated inverter.
These are innovative products that are experimenting a growing market success.
The 2 new series have in common:
- An EXTREMELY HIGH efficiency thanks to the accurate design of our backward curved impellers and, particularly, to the last generation synchronous electronically commutated (EC) motors with IE5 efficiency grade.
These motors have a very high efficiency and so are able to minimize the CO2 emissions thanks to the construction with permanent magnets made from rare earths, that are known for their extraordinary magnetic properties, and are very stable in time even with high temperatures.
The Eci motors are provided with a built-in base program that is suitable for the major part of the ventilation needs. It is however always possible to change the program to optimize and adapt it to optimize different needs.
- The possibility to adjust and regulate the turning speed in a very precise way, thanks to the intrinsic characteristics of the motor and the design of the drive.
- A great easiness and quickness of installation thanks to the drive that is integrated into the motor, this also eliminate the problem of the distance between inverter and motor.
- Extremely low power consumption due to the motor materials and this completely in accordance to the current European Ecodesign norms.
In particular:
The Eci-BOX are cabinet fans with backward curved impeller directly coupled to the EC motor and are characterized by:
- Low noise working thanks the lining with insulating material;
- Versatility of installation thanks to the possibility to place the air inlet inline or perpendicularly to the outlet;
- Much lower working costs compared to the standard cabinet fans with forward curved impeller.
The ROOF-CM Eci are centrifugal roof fans with backward curved impeller directly coupled to the EC motor and are characterized by:
- Outstanding aeraulic performances and efficiencies thanks to the deeply shaped inlet cone and the very accurate assembling, with very thin air leaking gaps;
- A wide range with 8 models starting from diameter 310 up to 630
- An accurate design that grants a pleasing look and allows the installation in every architectonical context.
