The AC-BOX ATEX series fans are designed to ensure maximum safety and effective air extraction in environments where there is a risk of explosion due to flammable gases or dust. They are used in battery rooms, chemical industries, laboratories, and in all installations that require ducted ventilation in a controlled atmosphere.

The AC-BOX ATEX series stands out for its use of high-quality materials and specific design solutions aimed at minimizing any risk of ignition, in full compliance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. Various configurations are available for categories 2G, 2D, 3G, and 3D, depending on the type of explosive atmosphere (gas or dust).

Main features:

• Supporting structure in aluminum profiles with anti-leak seals for maximum sealing.
• Double-walled galvanized sheet metal containment panels (25 mm thick), removable, with sound-absorbing and self-extinguishing internal lining.
• High-efficiency backward blade impeller in galvanized sheet metal, balanced according to UNI ISO 21940-11.
• Three-phase or single-phase electric motor ATEX approved for explosive atmospheres (group II – categories G or D).
